- Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service within 48 hours of purchase.
- Shipments may take 3-7 business days to receive, additional time may be required during holidays.
- For an additional charge, you may request your merchandise be upgraded to 3-day, 2-day or overnight shipment.

- All returns must be made within 21 days of purchase date. Tangerine does not refund initial shipping charges or any charges incurred for returns and/or exchanges.
- Ship items back via a traceable service, i.e. UPS or USPS, with a delivery confirmation. Tangerine is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to Tangerine.
- Once the return/exchange is complete your credit card will be reimbursed within one billing cycle.
